Lillienne just posted this on her blog. Seeing as I consider the message it holds to be very powerful, and that I hadn’t stumbled upon this myself before, I am re-posting it here with hope that more people will watch it. I promise you it will be worth the 20 minutes that it lasts.

  4. Thanks for sharing this, Tyler! Absolutely amazingly well-put. I loved everything about it, but most of all, the last remark on how her friends did not sue her for that little mischief she did with their names. Beginning and ending a speech of this seriousness, abstraction, and privacy with a sense of humour is not an easy thing to do. So impressive.
